Here you can stay as long as you want, but a minimum stay of one month is requried to make a reservation inquiry. It's is an old building so almost all the rooms are different in size and outline. Many of the rooms still have the beautiful old details such as stucco moldings and panels, dating back to the late 19th century.
The lodging house is located in an apartment building with seven units with 6-11 rooms in each unit. Each unit has one shared kitchen and toilet/bathroom. All with exception to one, where the rooms have their own private toilet/bathroom and one shared kitchen in the hall.
We have single and double rooms, with the possibility of either two single beds or a double bed for couples. All the rooms are equipped with the nessesary furniture and amminities (towels and linens).
The shared kitchens all have a small oven, microoven, stove and sink. It is possible to store your kitchenware, but there is not a separate cupboard for everyone. In your room you have a refrigiator where you can store for food and beverages. There is a cleaning staff assigned to clean all the kitchens twice a week, but we expect a respectful handling of the facilities.

Once a week you can come by the office with your used towels and linens and and get a clean new set for your room. You are welcome to come by during our opening hours: Monday, Wednesday and Sunday from 10-12 AM. You are also welocme to borrow a vaccum cleaner to clean your own room, during this time.
